Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest: Official Rules

Purpose

The purpose of the Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest is to engage Superior Play Systems’ Facebook Fans with a fun activity which rewards the person who submits their favorite family tradition.

Who can enter?

You must be eighteen (18) years of age. You must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico to enter. Anyone over the age of 18 may enter the Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest.

How to participate

1. Click “Like” and become a fan of Superior Play Systems!

2. Enter your name and email in the form.

Submission and Winning Restraints

Participants may submit an entry once per contest.

Stages

Submission Phase: Until December 31, 2017 at 11:59 pm ET.

Selection Phase & Winners Announcement: by Jan. 5, 2018.

During this phase, Superior Play Systems selects and announces the Winner of the Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest based on random selection.

Contest Terms and Conditions

Please read the official rules and regulations below. By entering the Contest, you (“You”) accept these Official Rules.

These are the Official Rules of the Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest. The Contest aims to engage Superior Play Systems customers with a fun contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Entrant must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who is eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry. Anyone over the age of 18 may enter the Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest. The following persons are not eligible to win the Contest: employees and directors of Superior Play Systems and their family members, and people who are involved in any way with the Contest. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest and no preference will be given due to purchases. By entering, You agree to these Rules and warrant that you are eligible to enter the contest and Your Submission (defined in Section 3 below) complies with these Official Rules.

THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

Submit your Submission before Dec. 31, 2017 at 11:59pm EST. The Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest Winner will be announced no later than Jan. 5, 2018.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest, you must submit your name and email as outlined in the Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest Facebook Tab. Your Submission must comply with the requirements set forth in Sections 3 and 4 below. The Entry is free for anyone to enter. To enter the Contest, you also must accept these Terms and Conditions and Superior Play Systems’s Privacy Policy (https://superiorplay.com/legal).

When you submit (upload) your submission online, the Submission will be viewable to Superior Play Systems’ employees and people involved in running the Contest. By submitting (uploading) your submission online, you are giving Superior Play Systems permission to use your name and submission answer on all digital properties. Once you have submitted your answer, the Submission form will not be returned to You. Submissions may be disqualified at any time for non-compliance with these Official Rules. Superior Play Systems makes the final determination as to which Submissions are eligible to take part in this Contest and which Submissions will be considered for the prize. Superior Play Systems will not notify you of any disqualification or the reasons for such disqualification.

ANY ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE CONTEST EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE IS VOID.

4. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES; INDEMNIFICATION

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are eligible to enter the Contest; (b) you have complied and will comply with these Official Rules in connection with your participation in the Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest; your Submission complies with all of the requirements of Section 3 and 4 above. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold Superior Play Systems harmless from any losses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from any third party action asserting a breach by you of any representation, warranty, or obligation in these Official Rules.

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize: AlleyOop 14ft Variable Bounce Trampoline

The Superior Play Systems Trampoline Contest Winner can expect the prize to shipped to them within 2 months after the winner is notified.

If the prize is returned as undeliverable, if You reject Your prize or in the event of noncompliance with the Contest Terms and Conditions, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

6. RULES CHANGES

Superior Play Systems reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time (deadlines, stages, prizes).

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Superior Play Systems in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and all proceedings shall take place exclusively in the United States of America.
